In June 2025, the Parsons Foundation upgraded to the Blackbaud YourCause GrantsConnect portal. The link and instructions to access the upgraded portal are available on our website (www.rmpf.org).

This application portal remains accessible until August 28, 2025 for the following activities:

• Downloading previous applications and reports. If you have applied to the Foundation before, your application and report history starts over in the new application portal. If you wish to save previous applications and reports, please download them.
• Completing a second-stage Full Proposal application (for invited applicants only). Applications already in the pipeline must be submitted by the deadline specified in your invitational email.
