When creating a new account please choose an e-mail address and password that are accessible to all staff members who will be involved with this application.
The password may not be the same as the account log-in (email address). The password must be at least 12 characters and a combination of
-Uppercase letters
-Lowercase letters
-Numbers and
-Special characters. You have 5 attempts to log in, after which you will be locked out--store your password in a safe place! New passwords must be different from your last six Application Portal passwords.
